Looking for a pen pal to help with Catalan - Hello, I would really like to meet someone who can help me learn Catalan. My family is Catalan, and my last name 'Mestre'(which I am often questioned about) is true Catalan, meaning not native to any other language.

I have a okay grasp on Spanish, but it is very important to me to learn my family's native language. Thank you for your time.

you are definitely right! mestre is a cataln last name...in spanish is maestro and it means like...teacher, mentor...some like that!

catalan - Hi rmestre, I’m from Catalonia and I love to study languages, I speak some English, French, Italian and German. I think it is a good idea to help you with your goals on Catalan. I am sure you could also help me with my English.
