| Dialects - Well, I'm from Jylland (Jutland) and I like the dialect of Jylland (jysk). So, I thought, why not show something written in jysk? Here's a good one :p
A æ u å æ ø i æ å and yes, it makes sence! In "standard" Danish you would say: Jeg er ude på øen i åen ..and here's something written in the dialect of Fyn Va ha? Ha bu! Va bu? Bla bu! Va bla bu? U bla bu! and this also makes sence. In "standard" Danish you would say: Hvad er han? Han er bud! Hvad for et bud? Bladbud! Hvad for et bladbud? Ugebladsbud! Sadly these dialects are dying out, I think. I really like them. | |
