The people here at Phrasebase are above average. In the general population, be aware that not all native English speakers know proper grammar, spelling, usage and punctuation. In fact, those who can correct a document are very rare. While this may sound negative, it's simply the truth. If you need a piece of writing to be correct, be sure of the person reviewing it.
