How are you doing?
Comment vas-tu?
Comment allez-vous

I'm doing great!
Je vais très bien!

I'm fine
Je vais bien

I'm alright
ça va

I'm not so well
Je ne vais pas très bien /ça ne va pas trop

How old are you?
Quel âge as-tu?
Quel âge avez-vous?

I'm...years old

I don't know
Je ne sais pas

I don't like that
Je n'aime pas ça

I'm ready
Je suis prêt(e) 2)

Let's go!

I'm sorry
Je suis désolé(e)

1)In French you must have a noun which follows the number, otherwise your sentence will make no sense.
J'ai 20 ans = I'm 20

2)The e in parenthesis indicated the feminine form.

A man would say: Je suis prêt (I'm ready)/ je suis désolé (I'm sorry)
A woman would say: Je suis prête / je suis désolée
