- Namaste Wendy,
Welcome to Phrasebase!

Maybe we can help each other learn? I am completely fascinated with the language and I've made some progress since starting in September. I not fluent, but I would love to study with you and also have someone to practice with!

- i have just returned from my second trip. The first I trekked, this time I worked part of time in orphanage. You can eat almost any food there. Yhey eat chicken, goat and water buffalo. But the poorer they are the less meat they eat. Thier main meal is called dahl bhat which is rice curried vegies and perhaps curried meat. I loved all their food.

- Hello!

anyone here? Or ... :( Maybe I'm posting in vain but I try. So my boyfriend and quite many friends of mine are from Nepal. I would love to learn the language asap coz sometimes I feel bored when they speak Nepali with each other and Im the only one who doesnt ustand. I know some words and sentences but thats not enough. I gotta learn the whole language asap.

Thanks in advance.
