Dictionary - The question is whether you'd like an internet version or a book. If a book, I'd advise buying PWN Oxford (two versions, one Polish-English and one English-Polish) or the dictionary by Kosciuszko foundation. Try searching the Web for an internet bookstore (maybe a Polish bookstore could help) If you are very keen on buying, and there is no international shipment available I can help you (I could buy it and then send it to you) If you have any questions or you would be interested in it, then send me an e-mail or a PM. Take care

Link - Here's a link of a leading Polish internet bookstore. http://www.merlin.com.pl/frontend/static_pages/info_first_purchase_how_to_buy_eng
and here's the link for the dictionary you could be looking for:
http://www.merlin.com.pl/frontend/towar/400967
After some calculations I concluded that it will cost you about 130 zl which is about 25.
But you have to remember that it is a dictionary rather for Polish students learning English so there is no pronuncation of Polish words..(may be a huge drawback)
So I don't know whether I should advise you this book.
