Reading - Hi.

I've been trying to do some reading, but the sites I found (mostly news sites) are still too complex for me. I've been wondering if there are any Romanian sites more fit for beginners (for example sites for children, etc).

Same goes for reading materials (Children books, and so on).

Yours,
Assaf.

o-zone - I recommend you NOT to read the lyrics from o-zone!
the guys from o-zone are from moldavia rep. and they're romanian is not very good... many lyrics make no sense...
eg."chipul tau si dragostea din tei, mi-amintesc de ochii tai" = "your face and the love from the linden tree remind me about you eyes" (well, maybe this is not the most significant example, but I hope you can understand what I mean...)
as for what to read, try this essay about romanian xmas tradition.... www.referat.ro/get_referat.htm/6487

- Those lyrics make no sense not because they are from Moldavia. They are simply a bit illogic, not wrong from the linguistic point of view.

Anca's recommendation still stands, though. You can find better texts to get yourself acquainted with Romanian.
