- Just a few things to add:

Not sure if there are regional differences but for 'Hello', i have 'Shwmae' and for 'How are you?' i have 'Shwd ych chi?'.

I also have:

Good afternoon - Prynhawn da
Good night - Nos da
Fine, thanks - Iawn diolch
And you? - A chi?
No thank you - Dim diolch
Good bye/So long - Da boch/Hwyl

Am just starting out with Welsh myself so I am not 100% sure that they are correct but I thought it might be an idea to share what little I know :)

- Thanks eternally, this thread was a LOT of help!

If only for a beginning study guide... which will now drive all my friends nuts as I go around practicing and sounding like a casette tape in fast rewind. ^.^;
