Ahlan Ayman,
I can also help you with English, as it's my mother tongue. I don't have skype, but you can PM. Since I'm not that far away we can talk by telephone, albeit briefly so as not to overinflate our bills.
BTW, I know almost no Arabic. I've been looking at different resources and slowly learning the alphabet.
I'm also conversant in Spanish, French, and Hebrew if those are of any interest to you.

hey Michael, welcome to the Arabic forum :) the arabic used in Israel is more commonly the Palestinian dialect although you will probably hear the official Arabic sometimes too.
you should probably pay some visits to the area of Ramala because there are plenty of Palestinians who will gladly speak in al-sham for you lol in that area (according to my mom who was over there earlier this year :)) they're very polite and you will probably feel at home there.

The current political situation makes it impossible. I hope that it becomes possible in our lifetimes.

اه
اوكى لذلك سنساعدك بسرعة
انا اعرف بعضة كلمات من الشام و لذلك أساعدك الأن
:ذاكر هذه الكلمات
اذا بتريد / اذا بتريدي (if you please)
شو (what?)
وين (where?)
هدأ (this)
هي (that / here)
NOTE: this word depends on what you want to say. for example, if you give something to somebody then you can say هي instead of saying تفضل and تفضلي. otherwise you can use it to say "that" like "that bird" or "that house".
since you mentioned you learned a bit of arabic from palestinians i figured i should list words common in shamee (northern arabic). the ق is pronounced like a glottal stop. and the ث is pronounced like a T
