We use "Moqabalah" for a job interview, but here in Egypt, it's not rare to say "interview" itself.
We say "Shakwa" for complaint here in Egypt.

it will be:Leeh maniktobshi shakwa?
what about reading the newspaper? - yalla naqr'a aljareed
It will be:ra2yak(ra'yak) eeh....

That was in egyptian spoken arabic,and I think FAWZY know it more than me,so FAWZY please correct my mistakes!.

so 'ra'yak eeh' means 'how/what about?' and is this only in egyptian arabic?

I said egyptian arabic,because what u wrote seems to me like egyptian,BTW to learn egyptian arabic is good too,u'll be sure that every arab is going to understand u.

How are you miss sara? - Kaif halik annisah sara? [Correct]
What's this in arabic? - Shu hatha bel'arabee?
How old are you Anita? - Kam umrik? (f.), kam umrak? (m.)
What are you eating Khalid? - Shu btaakul ya Khalid?
Where do you work? - wain bteshtaghel?

What do you drink? - Matha tashrab? (that's standard Arabic, gulf would be "shu bteshrab")

what do these words mean?

TA'BAAN > Tired/Exhausted
JA'AAN > Hungry


@hamid, we don't use "ya" as long as we have a "dameer" attached to the verb, like in "kam umrik" the "k" is a pronoun that related to the 2nd person, so you don't use neither "ya" nor "inta"
