| Greetings! - Just moved into a share in NYC with a couple French roommates, and they\'ve inspired me to learn French. My one roommate is flying back from Paris this evening, and I want to impress her by sayng something like, \"It\'s great to see you, Capu; was lonely without you How was your trip? Did you have a good time?\" or something like that. (Remember I have very little knowledge of French lol) What a great site! Looking forward to learning more. | |

| - Ah, let me try :p I\'m sure I\'ll get corrected! :p So don\'t trust mine until, you get a signal from a native speaker or something :p It\'s great to see you - C\'est super de te voir I was lovely without you - J\'étais seul sans toi How was your trip? - Comment était ton voyage? Did you have a good time? - Est-ce que tu t\'es amusé(e) bien? / Est-ce que vous vous êtes amusé bien? (singular/plural) Awaiting corrections! :D | |

| - lonely, not lovely lol Apart from that, bearing in mind that lexusb doesn\'t speak french, those phrases are fine. Although instead of \"comment était ton voyage\", I\'d say \"ça s\'est bien passé, ton voyage?\", and instead of \"est-ce que tu t\'es bien amusée\", I\'d say simply \"tu t\'es bien amusée?\" But then I\'m not a native speaker :p | |
