| Useful links - Hi everyone, Like some of you probably have noticed the old \"useful links\" threads does no longer appear in the forum. That thread got automatically deleted by a machine because it had no answer. I suggest that we start a new thread. Feel free to post your favorite websites connected to the French language. Before posting a site, please make sure that it\'s not already mentioned. Merci! :) I\'ll classify them later. Just give me time... :) Given to me by leobloom http://www.maecla.it/francese.htm http://www.fredriley.org.uk/call/langsite/french.html http://www.cwgsy.net/private/bihet/learnfr.htm http://www.sussex.ac.uk/languages/1-6-4-2.html http://www.liensutiles.org/languefranc.htm http://globegate.utm.edu/french/globegate_mirror/frlesson.html http://bubl.ac.uk/LINK/f/frenchlanguage.htm http://www.wannalearn.com/Academic http://www.languageguide.org Posted by Caramelicious Real French http://www.realfrench.net/french - Great with Intermediate and Advanced Grammar even if you are a beginner it is still a good tool. | Some links to listen to french pronounciation - As I just send them to a PhraseBase member by private message, I think it could interest some other people... On this one, there is one example for each sound : http://virga.org/cvf/alphabet.html This one is to listen to entire words. Just clic on a word and chose \'mp3\' format. The pronounciation is very clear. http://shtooka.net/audio-base/fra/index_al.html This one especially for the nasals vowels (often the most problematic sounds). But I found the pronounciation a little bit \'metallic\'. http://www.languageguide.org/francais/grammar/pronunciation/nasal.html And you\'ve got some exercises if you follow the links in this page : http://www.u-picardie.fr/CRL/minimes/francais/prononce_f.htm I hope it will be useful for some of you. | |
