I am new to greek - Hey everyone.

I know a few words and sentences in Greek, but I have no idea how to spell them.

It sounds like;

ES CI GOLA
YAS YAS
YASUEL
KRISTOS AN ESTI

My best friend is Greek, and his name is Pannayotis but Pannay for short. :D

- oh, Gosh, this is a challenge!
First of all, hello and welcome tot he greek forum. The sentences you have written are not easy to decipher :D I\'ll do my best:

ES CI GOLA - Είσαι καλά; Are you ok?
YAS YAS - Γεια σου - Hello
YASUEL - Γεια σου - Hello (it sounded like the previous, I do not know whether you mean the same thing)
KRISTOS AN ESTI - Χριστός Ανέστη - Christ is risen (What we say in Easter Sunday as a greeting)

Hope I\'ve helped :)

I am not going to get into Greek, I am just going to learn basic greetings as my best friend is Greek.

Thanks once again! :)

Also this word is pronounced; PUSHTEE

Can anyone translate? LOL
