You have to already know how to read and write basic Hebrew (without vowels), because the forum is entirely in Hebrew, but it's a good way to ask native Hebrew speakers about anything you want to know.

I also found a site which has Hebrew e-books, written in simple Hebrew, however many do not have vowels:

Babylon: On that note however, can you get babylon to do Hebrew/English translations ? The phonetic type?

Instead of translation into actual hebrew characters (im not too good at reading) I would like it to translate into phonetics such as "shalom" "hof" etc etc

Can you read better with vowels? If so, you should use Milon Morfix because it will give you the vowels of a lotof words. I also believe that there is a program for Hebrew voice stuff, but I can't remember where.

Hebrewworks Saffa has a lot of good stuff for verbs, but pretty expensive at $85. I'll post the link in my first post.
