Can someone tell me how to write, \"This is hard\"? - Title says it all. Thank you very much!

I want to learn Hindi. I have no clue where to start. Anybody out there on the same boat? I don\'t mind purchasing books and learn it myself but what are other resources?

- well, I can\'t help you translating this sentence, but I have a tip for you:
have a look in the thread above (Indic Online Ressources), there you\'ll find (as the name suggests) some online courses and material that might help you get started.
I started with the course A door into Hindi, but it seems to be an unfinished project. After lesson 3 I bought the book this course is based on: Teach yourself Hindi. having to learn sitting before my computer was just too annyoing...

Best luck with your studies

by the way i am back from my long break, feel free to write me !!

- This an example where Urdu and Hindi get mixed-up.

\'Yeh bahut mushkil hai\' is Urdu (persianized hindustani)

\'Yeh bahut kathin hai\' is Hindi (sanskritized hindustani)

It depends on whether you wish to learn conversational hindi or inclined to know the litrary aspect of this language.
