New Game !!! - hey all,
if you are a non-native and non-indian, want to learn hindi, this game is for you, lets start with simple question answer and then i am sure with time it will be a good conversation which will help you to practice hindi !!!

so lets start with 1st question !!!

- for mahdy = main bhi khoosh hoon = i am aslo good !! is that what you want to say ? i dont think so that you want to say that. main acchha hoon is ok. you dont need to see i am also happy, because question is not if you are happy. its just how are you ?.

I\'m not confident with my devanagary yet...but as soon as i can i will start writing it too.

Here i go again...I corrected some mistakes, thanks lesombresdeschats!!! :)...and also now im trying मेरा लिपि... which i know is horrible and needs lots of improvement, i appreciate your all help people! :)

My questions may be very simple and silly, but it\'s because i know too little!!!, i will improve, i promisse! :), also when i said the kind of music i like, i really dont know if it is correct, and also would love someone explain to me why it is \"Mujhe hain\" and not \"Main hoon\". - ok one very important thing. please keep game as easy as possible, we are here to learn languages in easy way !!! and not some stuff which cant go in head that easily,
we can move to difficult and bookish part later when fundamental things are clear !!! my advice to all of you,
learn like a child .... a child never goes in details of direct verb or accusative or nominative or whatsoever it is...
that way you cant communicate to the person on road, and i dont think its not an easy way to learn a language.
so please keep this easy and avoid making it complicated and heavy for others who havent studied hindi in that deep or who are new learners.
go step by step, let others ask why, how and questions like that, that way every one will learn easily and step by step !!!
i hope everyone has got my point. have great time !!!

and i dont know why lesombresdeschats deleted his explanation !!!!!

what i wanted to say is, just i felt that explantion is too heavy for the students who are learning the language from very basic steps. that was an advice any way !!!

i think my comments have been taken in way i didnt thought of !!! anyway, last word on matter , it is game of students.... so play as you like. but as a native speaker and a language learner it was my duty to tell you to learn the languge in baby way !!! naturally !! but its just a suggetion !! do what is easy for you !!!!

i am sorry for my comment because it seems they have made a hard effect which i never want !!!

late_starter : you definately need a practice and more grammer, so i suggest you to keep playing.

your answer should be like this : Muze bas ek hi mausam pasand hai, Garmi ka. kyonki muze dhoop bahot pasand hai.

( i like only one season and that is of summer, because i like sunlight )

1. kutti should have been written in by joining t to t not like ta ti, but as tti !!

1.)In my book \'pasand\' is written like that:
पसंद but you wrote it like this: पसन्द. Which one is the correct form or are both possible?

I very much like to read books and my favourite books are love stories.
मुझे किताबें पढ़ना बहुत पसंद है और मेरी पसंदिदी किताबें \'प्यार की कहानियाँ\' हैं।


क्या तुमको हिंदुस्तानी खाना पसंद है?

- Of course I know that tum is the familiar you. I just used it because it\'s widely used on the internet with some of the other languages which make a difference between you familiar and you honorific (as for example German and French and if I\'m not mistaken it\'s used in the Italian forum as well). In real life I wouldn\'t use it of course! So, it\'s not a mistake I made it on purpose. And if I offended someone by doing that, then I want to apologise for doing so.

1.mere bete khel-kud khelta hai.n = Wrong
2.Mere bete Khel Khelte hai.n. = Right

1. mai.n khel-kud dekhta hai = Wrong
2. Main Khel dekhti hoo.n = Right

no need to add kud to khel as khel itself is sport !

i dont know why lesombresdeschats didnt corrected them before me ;) :p !!!

To Lesombresdeschats - Ahhhh ..... I see, I need to use the \'ya\' endings here, even if I do work in an office every day. It is a habitual thing for me which was why I used the \'tii\' ending.

aaj, mai.n football dekhtii huu.n
(tomorrow i\'m watching football)
**I\'m not sure of the tense in the above sentence. Should it be future?
aaj mai.n meri bahen aur maataa-jii dekhuungii

rainy - paanii = water/rain

I don\'t know about \'rainy\'.
I think you may have to say \'do you like days of rain?\' or something similar

eg. kyaa aap diine ko paanii hai.n ?

I\'m sure Shawn or Jeieit will correct us and give us the proper way to say it.
