Translation Please - Please let me know what this means:

tu jaldi upar jayega beta

- तू जलदी ऊपर जाएगा बेटा

Hi Ashley,
you did not give the context, but I guess written in Devanagari it would be like above and mean as much as: You will soon get over it, son or you will quickly overcome; but ऊपर जाना could also mean to climb, to go upstairs and so on - other opinions..??

- sorry , thats a wrong translation !!!

and the way it is written in devnagri is wrong too !!!

tu jaldi upar jayega beta = 1. u will progress in life fast. 2. ( when used as threat ) u will die soon !!!

have great time !!!

I\'m awfully sorry... did not mean to confuse fellow learners. I simply did not think about the responsibility when posting something that I\'m not 100% sure of... Ashes on my head...

- well everyone should try !!! no harm in trying !! even a fluent person can go wrong , because we dont know how it is said or written and in what context ! so... just confirm it with books or something and then post !!!

Blind leading the blind - Lesombresdeschats may be 100% fluent in French but it
seems he still has to learn how to spell \"grammar\" instead
of \"grammer.\" Cheers!

- well , if anyway anybody have to correct anyone, please message him personally and help that person to improve
i think \"a blind leading a blind\" title should have been totally avoided !!! and we are here to help each other !
so a minor mistake like that can be tollerated !!!

\"How much easier it is to be critical than to be correct.\" -Benjamin Disraeli (1804 - 1881)

i dont say dont show mistakes , please do show, please help others to correct them and grow in life, but while doing so , words should be choosed very carefully :)

i hope everyone has got my point and i wont have to talk on this matter again !!!

show mistakes, but with soft words :)
thanks !
