Icelandic Word Game - I think it\'s time the Icelandic Forum gets a word association game. It will be beneficial to improving our Icelandic vocabulary and hopefully allow us to learn from one another. It\'s played like this: you post the word that you think of when you see the persons post above yours. Make sure to include both the Icelandic word and its English translation!

Example:
Person 1: vetur - winter
Person 2: kuldafatnaur - winter clothes
Person 3: jakki - jacket

btw...seill... can be any size and it can technically be any kind of paper. but it usually connected to money... if you say \"seill\" people will assume you are talking about a bill(money made out of paper)

- what about forming a sentence to every word? i think, that could be good practice for our grammar...

I don\'t think so, Tiger. A convict is sakfelldur maur and to convict is sakfella ;) Did you use InterTran or have you started learning?
