Sigur Rós: one of the things that helped me so much in learning japanese was listening to japanese music. i was wondering if you all had any suggestiosn of other icelandic music i could listen to help me in this endeavor of learning icelandic?

I haven't listened to many Bjrk songs. The only one that I've heard that has Icelandic in it is called "Bachelorette". Are many of her songs Icelandic?

I'm also going to look into Megas.

Check out Worm is Green, Mugison, Hilmar Hilmarson (not sure that I spelled that right) did some work with Sigur Ros as well. Mum is one of my favorite bands. Iceland is producing some fantstic music.
