| Does Anyone like Korean Dramas here? - Hello Im a new member of this site and im trying to make some new friends that enjoy cultural exchange.. Im Korean/Chinese but I can Only speak English and Korean Fluently although I can speak a few other languages just a little bit.. but the main reason why im writing right now is because i wanna find some buddies that like to watch korean dramas.. i just got into watching korean dramas ... back in the days i used to love watching japanese dramas and chinese action movies... whomever is interested in discussing korean dramas please e-mail me...thanks | |

| Korean Dramas - I am also an avid fan of Korean Dramas. At the moment I am following "First Love of a Prince". I have to have my daily installment or I am just not right for the rest of the day. The first Korean Drama I followed was "Hotelier". But then AZN Television stopped showing it. | |

| Water Bloom - Hi all and Baby b, my all-time favourite korean drama is Water Bloom (Mulggot maeul saramdeul). Ever since ive seen it i feel sympathy towards korean culture and traditional living style. Song il gook and Lee bo young are great actors in my eyes ever since. Its needless to say that I had a great urge to learn this beautiful language and said to myself: \"Hangukmareul kongbu hagesseo!!\" :) btw, Have you seen this particular drama? | |

| Water Bloom - try Water Bloom , i think its the best introduction ever, you can download it from some korean drama site, i forgot its name. you can check it from google, but try this one, because it has english subtitles too. Long live Water Bloom :) | |

| watching Ktv and learning korean - Hi all of korean fans I am so sorry to say this humble thing I\'ve learned and heard from lot of my on line friends or students overseas that they love watching K dramas and that sort of art from korea so badly. although I don\'t realize myself why they do such. I do agree very much can learn korean thru these soaps etc,even would recommend people to watch for own pleasure as well as for learning korean. But here i have a tip. What i am trying to say here now regarding this movement watching korean mediastuffs, in particular the Kdramas IS that i am afraid the non korean speaking viewers could learn korean language in the wrong way of pronounciations specifically since most conversations in the Kdramas can be incorrectly pronounced and too casually massed in the syllables which can cause the viwers\'(learners) confusion in matching to what they learned from somewhere else. OK, enjoy watching those, yet meanwhile some extensive verification of vocabulary and pronounciations example would be necessary with any of your helper/instructor. Hope you catch my key content what i was trying to say, no matter how my english looks like. and keep watching and enjoying Korean arts welcome your posts for any coments | |

| I love korean series. - I\'m a Filipina and Korean series are sure hit here in the Philippines. So far I\'ve watched these Korean series and I love them all: 1. Stairway to Heaven 2. Winter Sonata 3. Endless Love: Autumn 4. Full House 5. Jewel in the Palace 6. Rosy Life 7. Love Story in Harvard 8. Love Letter 5. And just recently, Heaven\'s Tree They are great! | extra on a drama - I got to be an extra in a Korean hospital drama a while ago. They were shooting on the island where I live, and they needed foreigners to act as extras, so I got to be a surgeon! | |
