Let\'s declare the foreign borrowed korean words - We can\'t count in fact how many korean words have been borrowed from foreign language mainly from English(very few from French or so). Guessing quite good number of them have been using in our daily life conversations, this would be much interesting and useful for the korean language learners to sort out and to identify/clarify these from the real korean words(we borrowed many from chinese too, though) in terms of better understanding the korean language as well as the korean linguistic culture.

Most welcome your participation here by posting those equivalent words or any ideas/comments on this topic.

Wish your extended satisfaction in gaining korean proficieny goal you may set up.

cheers, everyone

- Thank you, mteric
Yeah, we realize there are quite good number of korean words borrowed from English as you and eun_hye declared out here.

What I try to declare you also now is the fact that there are some words that have conventional korean words as well, such as, amongst those shown up here up to now,
에어컨 : Air conditioner ---> 냉방기
테니스 : Tennis ---> 정구
주스 : Juice ---> 즙
노트 : A note ---> 공책

컴퓨터 : computer ---> 자동 전산처리 장치
카메라 : camera ---> 사진기
like these, however we koreans very seldom use these conventional words, perferring to use the foreign words more in our daily life.

Welocme more declarations of the korean foreign words you may notice already or find some from other possible sources, please.
