| - uhm here in Italy there used to be some kind of competition like that, it was quite famous till the beginningof the lastcentury, over the years it almost disappeared from media news, it still takes place every year but hpefully enough people have understood that\'s just a waste of money and time. It\'s not because you need a medal hat you should learn Latin, it\'s not even coz it\'s \"more logical\" than other langs. Actuallyit\'s not more logical than others, probably, if ever, a bit less :D In addition, not so many people are leanring Latin here nowadays an I cna fullyunderstand their hate agianstit, many Latin profs don\'t reallyhave got what Ltin learning today is about ... | |
