Rest In Peace: Robin Michelle Croft (Trujillo), otherwise known as Druhim_Vanashta, has passed away at age 36 along with her son Dayeth Torch Lochlear, aged 4.

Rest In Peace, both of you!

This thread is dedicated to the loving memory of one Druhim_Vanashta > http://www.phrasebase.com/discuss/english/community/index.php?keyword=Druhim_Vanashta.php

Thanks Brett... I wasn't sure how to broach this topic. Simplicity speaks volumes.

Chelle, Dayeth will be missed... rest in peace.

My memories of her...

When she first came, myself, Grinner and her were three fools on a rampage in the Miscellaneous forum, and we dragged alot of others down with us :)haha It was such a blast! So her humour was the first aspect of her character that shone through to me.
But something touching arose not long after. She began a thread called "You Stories" designed to create a bit of community here. In this thread she shared and invited others to share more personal and deep aspects of our lives. So, she was truly a very community-spirited person. She wasn't satisfied just to have mindless humour. She wanted true human bonding and sharing.
Another aspect of her character which was impossible to ignore was her love for her son, Da'ath (Dayeth). I had so much respect for her attitude toward her child. She wanted him to enjoy his childhood. She wanted him to experience variety in life and taste as many things as possible. A free child is how she brought him up to be, as far as came across to me. She just wanted him to 'be himself', whatever that may be. I respected her strength of character in this. She didn't seem to yield to the temptation to cramp her child's creativity and zest for life. I had a conversation with her on the phone once, and just the way she spoke to Dayeth, she spoke to him respectfully. She appeared to me to be a great mother.
I have other positive impressions of her, but I don't know her well enough to put forth any more than I've said. I just know that she was a loving, community-minded human being.

Oh, and she was creative and intelligent too;)

This is my impression.

We had a lot of chances to talk in the chatroom. Yes, it was still THE chatroom!
And with Rawkstah and Angel_ameria they started calling themselves las chicas malas :p Sam's fault, if you ask me!

I am glad she found this site and she decided to participate with us.

We will remember them.

This is very sad to hear...:(

I remember her very good..
She helped me once defending a statement that I made in a topic, that children pick up foreign languages far more easily than adults do...Someone contradicted me there and she helped me to create a response to that in good English:) I knew from a chat that she agreed with me on that.
At one point we agreed to practise the Russian alphabet writing English with it..(That was her good idea) but that never actually took place because I wasn't ready for that..

I remember also that she was inspired for her nickname 'Druhim_Vanashta' by a city she liked:)

That they may Rest In Peace....

I am always going to remember her as a "far away family member" since we had the same last name (Trujillo :D)hehe and also our very fun filled reunions of Las Chicas Malas.

And just like Ulven said, she was a very caring mother and she loved Dayeth more than anything in this world. I will always remember her kind words and advizes. I will always keep you in my heart.

Arriba Las Chicas Malas!!

Wow, this is quite some news.... I haven't been on pb for awhile and just happened to be sorting through some of the misc threads and saw this.

Shocking news indeed.

Truth be told I had got to know chelle quite well. If someone could pm and let me know what happened I would appreciate it.
