| - Yo link dherai ramrai cha!!! In my local 'little India' neighborhood(Queens NY) there is a Nepali-run shop selling Nepali and Tibetan DVDs and CDs. If anyone is interested I can pass on their contact info-they might do mail order. I was watching a Nepali DVD there last night and found I could follow some of the dialogue-it's a fun way to learn! | |

| - Absolutely! Could you let me know how to contact them? I would love to try to order a DVD or some music. The music I find online is quite transient. Thank you for your suggestion! Dhanyabaad | |

| Nepali musican - I had been listening to a Nepali musican. Now back in the states, my CD player at home doesn\'t recognize the CD i\'d been using abroad. I don\'t know the name of this musican, but I would love to listen to it again. He\'s played alot in Gorkha villages around Kalimpong, India, Basically, one of his most famous songs climaxes with a \"binti namaste!\" (the spelling is probably not accurate) Another song goes, according to my pronounication \" Sa me cama la, Bivala la ca hoy la ka hey. do kan za mal la.\" Sorry to butcher the spelling so much. The music video to the latter song is of him dreaming about a motorcycle which he can\'t afford. I think it may be children\'s music? If anyone has any idea of who he is that would be most helpful. Dhanya bat! Erin | |

| Hi Erin! - Thnks for loving Nepali Musics. I couldn\'t understand anyhow that about which musician you are talking about. May be he is Raju Lama (if male) or Kunti Moktan (if female one). Please, visit www.cybersansar.com for Nepali Musics, also visit www.musicnepal.com may be you will find your favorite songs there. Try to remember the accurate title of the song, then may I help you to find the song. Thank you! | |
