incomplete information - Altough correct, this information in incomplete.

You missed the conjugation for "vós" (plural you).

It's not used frequently, but when your talking in a formal context, it becomes important. By the way, "pular" is rarely used in standard portuguese (Portugal). The verb "saltar" is used instead.

Portuguese verbs are classfied in three groups. The first verbs ending in "-ar", second "-er", third "-ir". Exception is verb "por" (put) which belongs to the second group (why? Because in ancient Portuguese this verb was spelled "poer").

Back to "vós" it is written as:

Verbo "Ser" Presente do Indicativo (verb "to be" (something) Present)
(Verbo Irregular (verb))

Eu sou
Tu és
ele(a) é
nos somos
vós sois
eles(as) eram

Verbo "estar" Presente Indicativo (verb "to be" (in a place) Present)

Eu estou
tu estás
ele está
Nós estamos
vós estais (not "estois")
eles estão

verbo "ir" Presente Indicativo (verb "to go" present)
(verbo irregular (verb))
eu vou
tu vais (in some regions it is said "vás" which is NOT correct)
ele vai
nos vamos
vós ides (strange, isn't it? In some regions it is said "vás" which is NOT correct)
eles vão
