| Movie quote quiz - translations - Ok, figured it might be cool to try Rikard's song quiz idea with famous movie quotes. All the usual rules apply - any translations in this thread, answers in another. | - As you'll soon probobly figure out, swedish is not the language for cool quotations haha. Everything sounds silly. At least any cool english sentence you try to translate. Perhaps because we phrase thingss rather differently in swedish. So when you translate it directly it ends up weird. | |

So, does Swedish not use \'lycklig\' to mean \'happy\', not \'lucky\'? I would have thought \'lyckosam\' would be the word to use? | |
