Learning Tamil - Vanakkam, Thanks, I will try and pass on some Dutch to you if you like. What I would like to do with Tamil is to be able to write or say everday sentences. I am a total beginner and know only a few words which I picked up in my Southern India Lonely Planet Guide. I have some friends in Tiruvannamalai who know very little english and I would like to regularly write a few words in Tamil to them.

Songlines, ik ben bereid u te helpen met Tamil. Hoewel Tamil niet mijn moedertaal is kan ik er wel aardig mee overweg.

feedback binu - The site seems accurate, and is a decent reference for phrases, but doesn't touch on sentence structure, indirect objects, etc. :) The duke site does build on sentence structure, and native speaking tamils seem to recognize what I am saying. :)
