**What\'s new on Turkish/Turkey/TLL Forums** - Hi Everybody :)

After some weeks and tiring exams, i had a chance to make some changes in Turkish Forum. I added three new games:

1.Making Plural
2.Which word doesnt belong here?
and our lovely game,
3.Benden Sonraki Kişi [The Person Below Me in Turkish]

I wait you all to join those games to practise and improve your Turkish.

Games are not just new stuff on the forum. After having checked some fora on Phrasebase, i decided to make a start of a thread dedicated to Turkish-English and English-Turkish translations. So Everybody will benefit from the translations.

We have new forum called Turkish Language Lessons forum. All grammar lessons and phrases are there. As you know, our 28 threads of Turkish Phrases take place there.

About Turkey forum;
I had a thread called \"Turkish Embassies & Consulates Abroad\" but we lost it because of technical reasons. i hope to send that thread again when i have time.

What is the next?

- Hoş bulduk!
Herkese merhaba,
I would like to share with you my thoughts concerning the learning of a foreign language, turkish in this case. I\'ve been learning turkish grammar, but didn\'t really have the chance to practice it so far. When I speak , I know I make mistakes and no one will correct because, I guess, they don\'t want to offend me.But, the thing is that this is what I really want, people correcting my mistakes. I \"discovered\" this forum last week and I really think it\'s a very good idea.I would like to see a more intermediate level type of exercise.I thought maybe we could find a topic (for example \"How I passed my weekend\") and write just a few sentences.Or we could write a story. Each of us has to write one sentence.
Well, these are my thoughts, I want to congratulate you for the great job you\'ve been doing and hope to receive an answer.
Hoşca kalın
Vasiliki

- Merhaba Vasiliki

I agree what you say. If anybody wants to learn Turkish, s/he should always make sentences. Because if you don\'t make practise it is very difficult to learn vowel harmony and suffixes. Soon I am making the start of a new thread called \"Çay Bahçesi - Tea Garden\". I had already this idea but there are very few intermediate students on Turkish Forum. So I did hesitate. But now, i will open the thread and we will have a place to chat and type just in Turkish. Thanks for your recommendation Vasiliki. I hope you will be here around.
