Hi Bunny, in Holland we sing it in English too, so in dutch it isn't official.
But when I translate, it will be:

Fijne verjaardag voor jou
Fijne verjaardag voor jou
Fijne verjaardag beste Andrew
Fijne verjaardag voor jou

An existing simple birthdaysong:
Wel gefeliciteerd
Wel gefeliciteerd
En een fijne verjaardag
Wel gefeliciteerd

Meaning:
Congratulations

And a nice birthday
